Customers · private beta

Small numbers, on purpose.

Pia is in private beta. We are taking on pharmacies one at a time, paired with a real setup call from the founder. This page is honest about who's running Pia today and what it takes to be next.

Who's running Pia right now

One independent pharmacy in Madhya Pradesh, run by a second-generation owner. Pia handles the daily standup, OCR for supplier receipts, and the WhatsApp approvals loop. We sit on a weekly call with the owner and the senior worker to watch the product in their hands. Everything else is rumor until we have it ourselves.

What we ask of a design partner

A design-partner pharmacy gets unmetered Pia, a direct line to the founder, and a small monthly credit toward whatever they pick. In exchange we ask for three things:

  1. Honest feedback. Not a survey. Forty minutes on a call once a fortnight, in the owner's preferred language.
  2. Operational access. Pia needs to see real receipts, real customers, real returns. Anonymized for our team, never used for training without written opt-in (DPDPA 2023 statement).
  3. Patience with the rough edges. If something breaks on a Tuesday at 11pm, we'll fix it by Wednesday morning. We won't pretend nothing broke.

What design partners get

  • Pia, unmetered, for the duration of the partnership.
  • Founder-led setup including catalog import of the last 90 days of receipts.
  • A locked monthly price set by Pia at the end of the trial, exactly as in Pia Pulse. Locked means locked.
  • Direct WhatsApp line to the founder for the duration of beta and beyond.

How to apply

Email [email protected] or message the founder on WhatsApp. Tell us:

  • Your shop's name and city.
  • Roughly how many receipts you handle in a typical week.
  • What software you're running today, and what about it has worn out its welcome.
  • Whether the owner has 40 minutes a fortnight for a call in Hindi, English, or Hinglish.

We reply to every message inside a working day. If we're full, we'll say so directly — no waitlist nonsense.

What we don't promise

We don't promise we'll be the cheapest. We don't promise we'll do everything Marg does on day one. We don't promise the AI will be perfect on receipt photo #1. We promise to look at the receipt with you and fix what's broken before it goes near your books.

Cohort opens: applications reviewed weekly. Cohort size: small — six pharmacies through Q3 2026.
