Account deletion
Delete your account or shop.
Deletion is real here: identity erased, personal data purged, business records archived only as long as the law requires. There is a 90-day grace period, and cancelling during it restores everything exactly as it was.
The fastest way — in the app
If you have Pia installed, delete your account from Me → Account → Delete my account. Shop owners delete a location or the whole shop from Me → Workspace → Danger zone. Both flows confirm with a code emailed to you and take effect immediately, with the 90-day cancellation window.
No longer have the app? Request it here
File the request below. We verify every web request with the account's email before acting — a form submission alone never deletes anything.
What deletion means
- Your account: sign-in, name, devices, personal assistant chats and personal expenses are permanently erased after the 90-day grace period. Shops you worked in keep their business records with your name removed.
- A shop: every location stops working immediately; its records are archived and its systems removed after the grace period. Records the law requires a business to keep (GST, drug registers) are retained for the statutory period.
- Cancelling: sign in during the 90 days (or use the Danger zone for a shop) and everything is restored.
